SI C&DH has crashed twice in the last...I'm worried. SI C&DH has crashed twice in the last 13 days. We had a failure at 30 days out, 120 days later and again yesterday 12 days later. The trend is not looking good. Gov folks should have listened to SI Operations team recomentation to not fly the flawed box.
